Changes to SAHRIS!
The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:

The historic naval gun barrel of castiron, with the inscription "GB 1803" or "CB 1803" thereon, being a movable object housed in the entrance lobby of the Belfast High School at Duggen Street, Belfast, Transvaal, of which the specifications are as follows: Mass 115 kg; length 880 mm; diameter, front: 110 mm; diameter, rear 180 mm; calibre: 60 mm. It rests on a wrought-iron base, measuring 520 mm in width and 400 mm in length.
